The services that Logo Creator provide to you are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Logo Creator reserves the right to update this License Agreement at any time without notice to you. The most current version of this License Agreement can be viewed here.
Copyright.
Any form of reselling Logo Creator content, unauthorised copying or distribution of this product for personal or business use, is strictly prohibited. The license you obtain when you are sent or download a pack is for your own exclusive use only. You may not use Logo Creator components to sell new logo designs to other companies or individuals.
Copyright Disputes.
You may not claim any particular symbol, font or combination of which as a trademark for you or your company. Logo Creator contents are available to many people and the contents must be able to be used freely by all for unlimited websites for personal or business use. All graphics designed by Logo Creator remain under our copyright, available under license only.
No Prohibited Use.
As a condition of your use of a Logo Creator, you will not use the package for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this License Agreement. You may not use the Logo Creator in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available from the Logo Creator website.
Logo Creator components are supplied in the understanding they will be used for sites that do not contain or promote spam, racism, copyright infringement or any other illegal activities.
Disclaimer.
Although we will make a reasonable effort to provide a high standard of quality for our services, we make no guarantees of any kind regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of the services. Logo Creator takes no responsibility for illegal use of its components to create sites, logos or other designs that are against national or international law.
Legal Information.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Logo Creator, its affiliates and its sponsors harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of this License Agreement or any third-party's rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation will survive any termination of this License Agreement.
Customer hereby agrees and consents to venue in Worcestershire, United Kingdom, in the event of any legal action regarding this License Agreement or of any copyright enforcement regarding the subject matter of this License Agreement.
